Saturday hours from 10AM to 5PM and Sunday hours from 10AM to 4PM. Annual 'Virtu' Outdoor Arts Festival is hosted by The Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce in Wilcox Park, in downtown Westerly, Rhode Island.
